Dewatering method in water collecting tank
The invention discloses a dewatering method in a water collecting tank. The method comprises the following steps: pouring a tank bottom cushion layer with a reserved gradient, and reserving an unpoured ground in the middle of the tank bottom cushion layer, wherein the ground is the lowest part of the tank bottom cushion layer; excavating the ground which is not poured to form a pit; arranging an inverted filter layer at the bottom of the pit; arranging a drainage pipe extending out of the pit vertically in the center of the pit, wherein a drainage hole which is horizontally arranged and communicates the interior and the exterior of the drainage pipe is formed in the drainage pipe, and the drainage hole is located in the pit; arranging an inverted filter layer outside the drainage pipe, wherein a water suction pump is connected to the bottom of the drainage pipe through a guide pipe for dewatering; laying geotechnical cloth on the inverted filter layer around the drainage pipe along the periphery of the drainage pipe, and then laying a waterproof coiled material; and arranging a water stop ring on the upper part of the drainage pipe, closing a top opening of the drainage pipe, and then conducting concrete pouring. The method is simple in overall process, low in cost, high in construction efficiency and good in dewatering effect, it is unnecessary to arrange a dewatering well outside a foundation pit, and the method has great application prospects.
本发明公开了一种集水池内降水方法,步骤:浇筑预留有坡度的池底垫层,池底垫层的中部留有一处不浇筑的地面且该处地面即为池底垫层的最低处;开挖不浇筑的地面后形成坑洞;在坑洞底部布置反滤层;在坑洞中央竖直布置一根伸出所述坑洞的排水管,排水管上开有水平布置且沟通排水管内外的排水孔,排水孔位于坑洞中;在排水管外布置反滤层,抽水泵通过导管接入排水管底部进行降水;沿着排水管周围在其周围的反滤层之上敷设土工布,而后敷设防水卷材;在排水管的上部设置止水环并封闭排水管的顶部开口,而后进行混凝土浇筑。本发明的方法,整体工序简单,成本低廉且施工效率高,降水效果好且无需设置基坑外降水井,极具应用前景。
