The invention relates to the technical field of rubber floors, in particular to a high-performance composite rubber floor and a processing technology thereof.The high-performance composite rubber floor comprises an elastic layer, a reinforcing layer and a wear-resistant layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the bottom surface of the elastic layer is used for being attached to the ground in an adhesive mode, a plurality of protrusions and grooves are arranged on the upper surface of the elastic layer, the reinforcing layer is fixedly adhered to the upper surface of the elastic layer, and the wear-resistant layer covers the upper surface of the reinforcing layer. The rubber floor reserves the advantages of good elasticity, skid resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, insulation, wear resistance, weather resistance and the like of a traditional rubber floor, is compact in surface, free of a capillary pore structure, easy to clean, capable of meeting the use requirements of hospitals and other places with strict sanitation requirements, resistant to acid and alkali, oil, ultraviolet and oxidation, and not prone to color fading and discoloring. The floor manufactured by the process is high in strength, can be kept in a good prefabricated form, and is not prone to deformation and fracture if being subject to external force stretching and extrusion.
