The invention discloses a rubber floor and a process technology thereof. The floor is prepared from the raw materials in parts by weight of 50-160 parts of chloroprene rubber, 50-200 parts of fluorinated silicone rubber, 60-150 parts of EPDM rubber, 4-12 parts of nano zinc oxide, 4-12 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of stearic acid, 10-25 parts of magnesium hydrate, 2-6 parts of aluminum phosphate, 2-12 parts of magnesium silicate, 2-10 parts of sodium silicate, 4-18 parts of mica powder, 2-12 parts of silicon carbide, 1-5 parts of anti-aging agent, 1-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-7 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 1-6 parts of hydrogen silicone oil, 1-5 parts of white carbon black, 1-5 parts of simethicone, 1-5 parts of phthalic acid dibutyl ester, 1-5 parts of N- tertiary butyl-2 benzothiazole sulfonamide and 1-5 parts of 2-mercaptoimidazoline. According to the rubber floor and the process technology thereof, chloroprene rubber is taken as a main raw material, and fluororubber and nano materials are added, so that the fire resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the rubber floor are extremely improved, the rubber floor can play a certain role in fire, and thus person and property damages can be reduced; and the use time is longer and the life is longer.
