The invention discloses a control device, an intelligent shower and an intelligent counter basin, the control device is used for controlling an external actuator to act, and the control device comprises a body which is provided with a mounting cavity, and a diffuse reflection part is arranged on the outer surface of the body along the circumferential direction in an extending manner; a first reflecting surface inclined towards the outer side of the body from bottom to top is arranged on the top wall surface of the mounting cavity in the circumferential direction; a control assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, is configured to be suitable for transmitting a control signal to an external actuator, and comprises a plurality of point-shaped light sources which are positioned below the first reflecting surface and are distributed along the circumferential direction of the body; a rotating part rotationally matches the body and is used for changing the control signal transmitted by the control assembly through rotation, and a second reflecting surface used for guiding the light reflected by the first reflecting surface to the diffuse reflection part is arranged on the rotating part; and at least the part, between the first reflecting surface and the second reflecting surface, of the body is made of a transparent material. According to the control, the annular uniform light emitting effect can be achieved under the condition that the point-shaped light source is adopted to reduce energy consumption, and the compactness of the overall structure can be guaranteed.
