The invention discloses a multifunctional counter basin control method, a control device, an intelligent counter basin and a system, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a level signal transmitted by a sensing module, and judging a currently triggered function based on the level signal; the function comprises water outlet or air outlet; acquiring an external environment temperature sent by an environment temperature sensor; and the water outlet temperature or the air outlet temperature is adjusted based on the external environment temperature. Based on the environment temperature sensor, the air outlet constant temperature control and the water outlet constant temperature control, the air outlet temperature and the water outlet temperature can be automatically adjusted according to changes of the external environment temperature, so that the use requirements of a user for the air outlet temperature and the water outlet temperature are better met, and the user experience is improved.
