Composite concrete water reducing agent
The invention provides a composite concrete water reducing agent which is prepared by the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing and stirring a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mother solution, a retarder, sugar calcium, a defoaming agent, a water-retaining agent and water to obtain a mixed solution; and S2, adding an air entraining agent into the mixed solution obtained in the step S1, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composite concrete water reducing agent. According to the invention, two polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mother solutions are compounded, so that the functional limitation of a single-component water reducing agent is overcome, and the prepared composite concrete water reducing agent has relatively strong water-retaining property, good working performance and good adaptability to cement.
本发明提供了一种复合型混凝土减水剂,采用如下方法制备而成制备方法为S1将聚羧酸减水剂母液、缓凝剂、糖钙、消泡剂、保水剂、水混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;S2将引气剂加入步骤S1所得混合液中搅拌均匀,得到复合型混凝土减水剂。本发明采用两种聚羧酸减水剂母液的复合,克服了单一组分减水剂的功能局限性,本发明制备的复合型混凝土减水剂具有较强的保水性,并且具有很好的工作性能,与水泥的适应性良好。
