White cement-based cementing material
The invention discloses a white cement-based cementing material. The cementing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 450 to 550 parts of cement, 50 to 90 parts of superfine metakaolin, 15 to 30 parts of superfine calcium hydroxide and 30 to 60 parts of white silica fume. The white powder superfine metakaolin and the superfine calcium hydroxide are adopted to replace mineral powder to serve as cementing materials of the ultra-high performance concrete, the requirement that millimeter-level particles are filled with micron-level particles for accumulation gaps is met, meanwhile, the superfine calcium hydroxide can stimulate the superfine metakaolin to generate a high-strength hydration product, and a system is not prone to discoloring. When the polymer fiber is used, the strength of the concrete can reach 120 MPa or above, and the comprehensive performance is excellent.
本发明公开了一种白色水泥基胶凝材料,该胶凝材料按重量份数计包括450‑550份水泥、50–90份超细偏高岭土、15–30份超细氢氧化钙和30‑60份白硅灰。本发明采用白色粉末超细偏高岭土和超细氢氧化钙代替矿粉作为超高性能混凝土的胶凝材料,满足微米级颗粒填充毫米级颗粒堆积间隙要求的同时,超细氢氧化钙能激发超细偏高岭土生成高强度的水化产物,且体系不容易变色。使用聚合物纤维时,混凝土强度可达120MPa以上,综合性能优异。
