Concrete containing copper tailings and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of concrete containing copper tailings. The concrete containing the copper tailings comprises the copper tailings, silica sand, cement, gravel, water, fly ash and an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the raw materials according to the ratio, sequentially adding the copper tailing sand, the silica sand, the gravel and the cement into a stirrer, stirring and mixing dry powder for 10 seconds, and then sequentially adding the additive and the water to uniformly mix the substances, thereby obtaining the concrete containing the copper tailings. The accumulated waste copper tailings are used as raw materials to replace natural sand to prepare the concrete, so that the problems of environmental pollution and natural sand resource exhaustion caused by accumulation of the copper tailings are solved, and meanwhile, the engineering cost is reduced. All indexes of the prepared concrete meet national standard requirements of concrete.
