The nano capillary crystalline inorganic waterproof material comprises sodium carbonate, silica fume, rubber powder and quartz sand. The nano capillary crystalline inorganic waterproof powder material further comprises the following components: a multivalent chelating agent, a fiber agent, a water reducing agent, talcum powder, a defoaming agent, paraffin, porous hollow SiO2/Al2O3 composite nanospheres, a capillary crystalline material, dizinc phthalate and a wax water repellent. The waterproof material is suitable for the technical field of building waterproofing, has higher apparent density or tap density, is helpful for a final sample product to obtain comprehensive physical properties such as excellent surface strength, is helpful for a stronger precipitation-complexation reaction between the waterproof material and alkaline substances in cement concrete, forms a denser composite hydrated substance, and improves the compressive strength, the anti-permeability pressure ratio and other properties of the cement concrete.
