The invention relates to a deployable truss member, a deployable first-aid repair beam truss and an emergency first-aid repair beam, the deployable truss member comprises an upper chord member and a lower chord member, a plurality of outer diagonal web members are arranged between the upper chord member and the lower chord member in parallel, the upper ends and the lower ends of the outer diagonal web members are hinged to the upper chord member and the lower chord member respectively, the deployable truss member further comprises a sliding pair lower chord member which is arranged on the lower chord member in a sliding mode, a plurality of inner diagonal web members are arranged between the sliding pair lower chord member and the upper chord member in parallel, the upper ends and the lower ends of the inner diagonal web members are hinged to the upper chord member and the sliding pair lower chord member respectively, and the lower chord member and the sliding pair lower chord member move in opposite directions, thereby realizing expansion/folding of the truss member. A plurality of extensible truss members are connected to achieve unfolding/folding of the truss members, the plurality of extensible truss members are connected to form a middle framework assembly, the two ends of the middle framework assembly are connected with end members to form extensible first-aid repair beam trusses, and the plurality of extensible first-aid repair beam trusses, the upper parallel connection and the lower parallel connection can form an emergency first-aid repair beam used for first-aid repair of roads and railroad bridges.
