The extensible first-aid repair beam comprises a plurality of extensible trusses arranged side by side in the transverse bridge direction, an upper parallel connection, a lower parallel connection and a bridge deck system, each extensible truss comprises a plurality of framework units connected in sequence, and each framework unit comprises at least one extensible truss component with the telescopic diagonal web members; the diagonal web member telescopic type deployable truss member comprises a lower chord member and an upper chord member which are vertically arranged in parallel, a plurality of vertical web member assemblies are hinged between the lower chord member and the upper chord member in parallel at intervals, a plurality of diagonal web members are arranged between the lower chord member and the upper chord member in parallel at intervals, the diagonal web members are arranged in a telescopic mode, and locking mechanisms are arranged on the diagonal web members. The telescopic diagonal web members of the deployable truss member extend, so that the overall vertical size of the deployable truss member can be reduced, the storage space is saved, and transportation and storage are facilitated.
