The device comprises a mounting box; a protective cover which is fixed at the bottom of the mounting box; and two dust collection assemblies which are rotationally connected to the two sides of the bottom of the mounting box correspondingly, each dust collection assembly comprises a dust collection main pipe, the dust collection main pipes are rotationally connected to the bottom of the mounting box, and sweeping pieces are fixedly connected to the positions, located in the protective covers, of the surfaces of the dust collection main pipes. According to the movable road surface environment-friendly automatic dust collecting device, the dust collection assembly is arranged, a sweeping piece is driven by a dust collection main pipe to rotate, dust on the ground is swept and raised, and the dust is adsorbed by matching with the dust collection main pipe and a dust collection branch pipe; and meanwhile, the dust suction pipe on the upper side can suck a small amount of dust in air outside the mounting box at the same time, the dust suction effect is improved, and dust suction is more thorough.
