The lead hole type static pile press comprises a lead hole base, a pile clamping box and a lead hole device; the lead hole device comprises a lead hole frame assembly, a lower truss, a power device and a set of limiting assemblies; the lead hole frame assembly comprises an upper truss, a power head and power equipment for driving the power head to move, and the upper truss is connected with the power equipment; the lower truss is arranged on the lead hole base and is rotationally connected with the upper truss; the power device is connected with the upper truss and/or the lower truss and can movably drive the upper truss to rotate relative to the lower truss; and the limiting assemblies are arranged on the upper truss and the lower truss correspondingly and are used for limiting the rotating range of the upper truss and the lower truss, and when the limiting assemblies are matched and clamped, the center of the power head coincides with the center of the pile clamping box. According to the lead hole type static pile press, the rotating limiting assemblies are arranged, so that the rotating position of the upper truss is limited, the power head connected with the upper truss can achieve the accurate positioning effect, the scratch influence on the inner wall of a prefabricated pipe pile can be avoided, the potential safety hazard in the operation process is eliminated, and the hole alignment efficiency is improved.
