The invention relates to a static pile press machine. The static pile press machine comprises a base, a mounting seat and a machine body mounted on the mounting seat, wherein the mounting seat and thebase are rotationally arranged. The static pile press machine is characterized in that two adjusting seats located on the two adjacent sides of the base are arranged on the base in a sliding manner,alignment blocks are arranged on the adjusting seats in an adjusting manner and are fixedly connected with laser level meters, and the alignment blocks are provided with adjusting parts for ensuring levelness; the planes where laser rays transmitted by the two laser level meters are located are orthogonal and perpendicular, and the laser level meters are aligned to the center positions of the corresponding side faces of the top end of a pipe pile; and two marking blocks used for marking the perpendicularity condition of the pipe pile are hinged to the base, and the base is provided with a trigger part for triggering motion of the marking blocks. The static pile press machine has the effect of improving the perpendicularity adjusting precision of the pipe pile, the work efficiency of machining the pipe pile is improved, and the market share is improved.
