The invention provides a construction method for backfilling an underground structure with foam light soil. The method comprises the following steps that site construction conditions are investigated, meanwhile, a site is cleaned, and equipment is erected and debugged; according to site construction requirements, the mix proportion index of the foam light soil is debugged and determined; a waterproof layer, a plain soil cushion layer and geotechnical cloth are sequentially arranged above the underground structure; and cement slurry is conveyed to foam light soil integration equipment to synthesize the foam light soil, after the foam light soil is horizontally poured in a layered mode, the geotechnical cloth, backfill soil and a surface layer are sequentially laid, and filling of the underground structure is achieved. According to the construction method, the foam light soil is adopted to form a load reduction layer, the characteristics of flexible construction, good fluidity, low density and good load reduction effect are achieved, the influence of loads on the underground structure can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the underground structure is prolonged.
本发明提供了一种泡沫轻质土用于地下结构回填的施工方法,该方法步骤如下:勘察现场施工条件,同时清理场地,搭设并调试设备;根据现场施工要求,调试并确定泡沫轻质土的配合比指标;在地下结构上方依次设置防水层、素土垫层及土工布;将水泥浆料输送至泡沫轻质土集成设备合成泡沫轻质土,在进行泡沫轻质土水平分层浇筑后,依次铺设土工布、回填土及面层,实现地下机构的填筑。本发明采用泡沫轻质土形成减荷层,具有施工灵活、流动性好、密度低、减荷效果好的特点,可有效降低荷载对地下结构的影响,延长地下结构使用年限。
