A construction method for backfilling a fertilizer groove of an underground cantilever structure comprises the construction steps that S1, the fertilizer groove is divided into a lower backfilling area, a middle filling area and an upper backfilling area, the middle filling area is located under a cantilever part, the lower backfilling area is located under the middle filling area, the upper backfilling area is located above the lower backfilling area, the height of the middle filling area is 2.0-2.1 m, and the height of the upper backfilling area is 2.0-2.1 m; the width is 0.5-0.8 m greater than the width of the overhanging part; s2, waterproof treatment is conducted on the outer wall of the building and the bottom face of the overhanging part; s3, backfilling construction is conducted on the lower backfilling area; s4, a filling soil retaining structure with an inner cavity is constructed in the middle filling area, the filling soil retaining structure is tightly attached to the soil layer surface of the lower backfilling area, and the cantilever part serves as the top of the filling soil retaining structure; s5, the filling retaining structure is filled with foam concrete; and S6, backfilling construction is conducted on the upper backfilling area. The risk of uneven settlement of backfilled earthwork is effectively reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, labor is saved, and the method is economical and practical.
