The invention discloses a fabricated building overall upside-down construction system and construction method. The construction system comprises independent columns, a lifting device, a slideway, a field standard layer assembly area, a tray and a computer control system; a field lifting area is defined by the independent columns; the field standard layer assembly area is located on one sides of the independent columns; the slideway is arranged between the field standard layer assembly area and the independent columns, and a standard layer overall unit assembled in the field standard layer assembly area is pulled and translated to the field lifting area defined by the independent columns through the slideway and the tray; and the construction method comprises the steps that all bulk components are assembled into the standard layer overall unit in the field standard layer assembly area, the standard layer overall unit is hoisted and placed on the tray, the standard layer overall unit is pulled and translated to the field lifting area through the slideway and the tray, the construction process is controlled through the computer control system, the lifting device overall upside-down lifting assembly construction is conducted, and construction of the fabricated building to be built is completed. The method has the advantage of solving the problems of more assembly hoisting operation, large potential safety hazard, low construction speed, long construction period, high construction cost and the like of the existing fabricated building assembly.
