According to the forklift method, firstly, the axle distance and a cross beam are centered, then the forklift preparation position of fork arms are determined in combination with the axle distance, finally, the stopping time of the fork arms is determined through current detection, and finally, a vehicle is forked in combination with a lifting structure; and meanwhile, the lifting structure is installed between the cross beam and a longitudinal beam, so that the cross beam drives the four fork arms to ascend or descend at the same time, and the problem that when the fork arms are independently connected with the lifting structure, the vehicle cannot be lifted or is damaged due to the fact that damage of a certain lifting structure is delayed is solved.
