The protective door locking mechanism comprises a door body and a first fixing seat, the first fixing seat is mounted on one side of the back surface of the door body, a rotating cylinder is mounted in the first fixing seat, the inner side of the rotating cylinder is in threaded connection with a screw rod, and one side of the outer wall of the screw rod is connected with a second fixing seat; and a rotating shaft disc penetrates through one side of the top end of the first fixing seat, a bearing is connected to the middle of the outer wall of the rotating shaft disc, and the outer ring area of the bearing is fixedly connected with the first fixing seat. According to the protective door locking mechanism, the rotating shaft disc is manually rotated, the rotating cylinder in engaged connection with the rotating shaft disc synchronously rotates, so that the screw rod in threaded connection with the interior of the rotating cylinder can be driven to advance in the transverse axis direction of the rotating cylinder and is inserted into the inner side of a fixing block, and direct insertion through a plug pin during traditional protective door locking is replaced; and the defect that the locking effect of a protective door is not good due to the loosening of the plug pin is overcome.
