The invention relates to a combined impact-resistant protective door locking mechanism which comprises an upper lock (1) and a lower lock (2), and the upper lock (1) and the lower lock (2) are both formed by combining modular locking assemblies. Each modular locking assembly comprises a motor (11), a motor seat (12), a main transmission rod (13), a track seat (14) and a connecting rod mechanism (15), the motor (11) is fixed on the protective door, the main transmission rod (13) is horizontally arranged on the protective door through the track seat (14), and one end of the main transmission rod (13) is connected with an output shaft of the motor; and the main transmission rod (13) is connected with a fixed sliding block of the connecting rod mechanism (15). All the mechanisms are detachable mechanisms, the independent mechanisms or independent parts can be repaired and maintained according to actual conditions, the repair and maintenance time is saved, the workload is reduced, the repair and maintenance operation efficiency is improved, and the use, repair and maintenance convenience is improved on the premise that the impact resistance of the protective door is guaranteed.
