The invention discloses a well lid and street lamp system. The system comprises a plurality of well lids and a street lamp, and any one of the well lids comprises a well lid body, a lock and a monitoring module; the street lamp comprises a green energy receiving module, a lighting module and a power supply module, and the power supply module is a shared power supply of the street lamp and the well lids, is arranged on a base of the street lamp and supplies power to the lock, the monitoring module and the lighting module; the green energy receiving module is arranged at the top end of the street lamp and is used for receiving electric energy generated by at least one of the following green energy sources: wind energy and solar energy, and the electric energy generated by the at least one green energy source is used for supplying power to the power supply module; and the lighting module is arranged at the top end of the street lamp and used for lighting. The technical problems of repeated construction space and investment, low green energy utilization rate, weak resource sharing degree, low intelligent level, high management difficulty, poor night construction environment and the like of current urban mainstream well lids and street lamps are solved.
