The invention discloses a driving circuit for controlling ascending and descending of a vehicle window and a vehicle with the driving circuit, and relates to the technical field of vehicle window control. The driving circuit comprises a field effect transistor, a controller and two relays, and each relay comprises a movable contact, a first static contact and a second static contact; the two movable contacts are connected with the two ends of a motor, the two first static contacts are connected with a first forward power supply, and the two second static contacts are connected with the controller through the field effect transistor; after receiving a control instruction, the controller is configured to determine corresponding pull-in points in the two relays according to the current state of the vehicle window, one of the two pull-in points is a first static contact, and the other pull-in point is a second static contact; and when the motor rotates forwards or backwards, the field effect transistor is triggered to be conducted, so that one movable contact is attracted to the first static contact, the other movable contact is attracted to the second static contact, and the motor correspondingly rotates forwards or backwards. According to the invention, driving circuit hardware replaces a drive chip, so that the problem that the load capacity is weak due to small drive current of the drive chip is solved.
