Viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high-strength concrete comprises the following steps of: enabling acrylic acid, 2-methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, mercaptoacetic acid, citric acid and hydrogen peroxide to react to obtain a modified acrylic acid solution; then, taking isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether as a main chain substance, and adding ammonium persulfate to react with the modified acrylic acid solution and a hydroxyethyl acrylate aqueous solution; and finally adding N, N-dimethyl (methacryloyloxyethyl) aminopropanesulfonic acid inner salt modified by 3-hydroxyl-1-methyltetrahydropyrrole and tetraethoxysilane for polymerization to obtain the viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Compared with the prior art, the viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by the invention has an excellent viscosity reduction effect and water reduction effect, and can enhance the flowability of slurry and the compressive strength of concrete.
本发明公开了一种高强混凝土降粘型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明高强混凝土降粘型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将丙烯酸、2‑甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、巯基乙酸、柠檬酸和过氧化氢反应制成改性丙烯酸溶液,然后以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚为主链物质,添加过硫酸铵与改性丙烯酸溶液和丙烯酸羟乙酯水溶液反应,最后添加经过3‑羟基‑1‑甲基四氢吡咯和正硅酸乙酯改性的N,N‑二甲基(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)氨基丙磺酸内盐聚合,制备成降粘型聚羧酸减水剂。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的降粘型聚羧酸减水剂具有优异的降粘效果和减水作用,可以增强浆料的流动性和混凝土的抗压强度。
