Method for preparing baking-free bricks from iron tailings and waste residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing a baking-free brick by using iron tailings and waste residues, which comprises the following steps of: crushing the iron tailings, adding water to dilute the iron tailings into ore pulp, and performing strong magnetic separation in a magnetic separator to obtain a second ore group with lower iron content; subjecting the second ore group to acid pickling treatment after being subjected to water filtering and ball milling, and screening the ore into two piles of ore powder with different particle sizes after the acid pickling and drying treatment; then selecting masonry construction waste, crushing and pulverizing the waste, mixing the crushed masonry construction waste with the two piles of mineral powder in proportion, and mixing the mixed material serving as aggregate with Portland cement, auxiliary materials and water in proportion to prepare slurry; injecting the slurry into a mold, and sequentially carrying out natural curing, high-temperature steam curing and natural curing together with the mold to obtain the finished product baking-free brick for engineering. According to the invention, the baking-free brick which is excellent in physical performance and high in structural strength is prepared by using the iron tailings as the raw material, namely, a new solution can be found for resource utilization of the iron tailings.
