Composite repair material suitable for rapid pavement repairing at negative temperature
The invention belongs to the technical field of cement concrete pavement repair, and particularly relates to a composite repair material suitable for quick pavement repair at negative temperature, which comprises 30-50 parts of dead burned magnesium oxide, 10-17 parts of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 4-7 parts of inorganic retarder, 15-21 parts of water and 7-12 parts of tailing powder. The composite repair material has the following advantages: through combination, proportioning and synergistic effect of the raw materials, the material can be cured in a short time, and through self-compacting molding, rapid repair of a pavement can be realized; the adhesive property is strong, the adhesive property with various base materials (concrete, stone and metal) is good, the shrinkage rate is low, and cracks are avoided; the volume stability is good, and shrinkage and cracking are avoided; construction can be carried out at negative temperature, normal condensation is achieved at negative temperature, and strength increase is not affected; and along with development of mineral resources, a large number of tailings are generated and have great influence on the environment, however, good economic benefits and environmental benefits can be obtained by taking tailings powder as an additive.
本发明属于水泥混凝土路面修复技术领域,具体涉及尤其涉及一种适用于负温下路面快速修补的复合修补材料,包括重烧氧化镁30‑50份、磷酸二氢氨10‑17份、无机缓凝剂4‑7份、水:15~21份,尾矿粉7‑12份。本发明的优点是:通过以上各种原料的组合、配比,协同作用,可以在短时间内固化,并且通过自密实成型,可以实现对路面的快速修补;粘结性能强,与各类基层材料(混凝土、石材、金属)都有良好的粘结性,收缩率低,避免出现裂缝;体积稳定性好,无收缩不开裂;可负温下施工,负温下正常凝结,强度增长不受影响;随着矿产资源的开发,产生大量的尾矿,同时尾矿对环境造成了很大的影响,本发明以尾矿粉作为添加剂,可以获得较好经济效益和环境效益。
