PAVEMENT REPAIRING MATERIAL AND PAVEMENT REPAIRING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement repairing material and a pavement repairing method in which a hardened material has high durability, repair work can be performed at room temperature with relatively little number of man-hours, and thereby a road can be released after repair at an early stage.SOLUTION: A pavement repairing material is formed by blending a mixture obtained by mixing a main agent containing a castor oil modified polyester polyol with a hardening agent containing a polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate to a normal temperature asphalt mixture. A primer formed by mixing the main agent containing the castor oil modified polyester polyol with the hardening agent containing the polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate is coated on a damage portion caused in a porous surface layer of the pavement, and then the pavement repairing material is filled. The top coat of the same component as the primer is applied on the surface of the pavement repairing material and the paving surface around the pavement repairing material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硬化物が高い耐久性を有し、常温で比較的少ない工数で補修作業を行うことができ、補修後に早期に道路を解放できる舗装補修材及び舗装補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】舗装補修材は、ひまし油変性ポリエステルポリオールを含む主剤と、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートを含む硬化剤とを混合してなる混合物を、アスファルト常温合材に配合して形成する。舗装の多孔質の表層に生じた損傷部分に、ひまし油変性ポリエステルポリオールを含む主剤と、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートを含む硬化剤とを混合してなるプライマーを塗布した後、舗装補修材を充填する。舗装補修材の表面と、舗装補修材の周辺の舗装表面に、プライマーと同じ成分のトップコートを塗布する。【選択図】なし
