The invention discloses a porous dielectric ceramic material, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the porous dielectric ceramic material comprises the following steps: S1, ball-milling and uniformly mixing cordierite, potassium feldspar, a pore-forming agent, a binder and aluminum oxide in proportion to obtain a mixture I; S2, carrying out magnetic treatment and sieving on the mixture I to obtain a mixture II; S3, fully mixing the mixture II, a surfactant and oil, and aging to obtain a mixture III; S4, pugging the mixture III, and pressing into a honeycomb blank; and S5, drying and calcining the blank to obtain the porous medium infrared burner material. According to the invention, cordierite and aluminum oxide are used as combined materials, so that the porous medium ceramic material prepared by the method has good thermal shock resistance and high quality stability, and the porous dielectric ceramic material can be used in an infrared burner.
本发明公开了一种多孔介质陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用。所述多孔介质陶瓷材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:S1.按比例将堇青石、钾长石、造孔剂、粘结剂和氧化铝球磨混合均匀;得到混合料Ⅰ;S2.将混合料Ⅰ过磁、过筛,得到混合料Ⅱ;S3.将混合料Ⅱ、表面活性剂和油充分混合,陈腐得到混合料Ⅲ;S4.将混合料Ⅲ进行练泥、压制成蜂窝状胚料;S5.将胚料干燥、煅烧即得多孔介质红外线燃烧器材料。本发明采用了堇青石和氧化铝作为相结合材料,通过上述方法制备得到的多孔介质陶瓷材料具有好的抗热震性能,且制备得到的多孔介质陶瓷材料具有高的品质稳定性。所述多孔介质陶瓷材料可以用于红外线燃烧器中。
