The invention provides a wear-resistant refractory castable, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 22-26 parts of a coarse material with a particle size of 3-5 mm, 19-33 parts of a medium material with a particle size of 0.05-1 mm and 45-55 parts of a fine material with a particle size of less than 0.01 [mu]m, wherein the coarse material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 69 to 71 parts of SiO2, 15 to 20 parts of Al2O3, 0.5 to 1.0 part of Fe2O3, 0.7 to 1.0 part of CaO, 2 to 3 parts of K2O, 4 to 5 parts of Na2O and 0.3 to 0.5 part of MgO, the medium material is prepared from 71 to 72 parts of SiO2, 14 to 15 parts of Al2O3, 1.5 to 2 parts of Fe2O3, 1.9 to 2.5 parts of FeO, 0.05 to 0.10 part of MnO, 0.5 to 0.7 part of MgO, 2.5 to 3 parts of Na2O and 5 to 6 parts of K2O, and the fine material is prepared from 1 to 2 parts of CaF2, 0.5 to 1.0 part of NaCO3, 22 to 25 parts of SiO2, 54 to 61 parts of Al2O3, 7 to 10 parts of SiC and 8 to 11 parts of Na2SiO3.9H2O. Compared with the conventional castable, the wear-resistant refractory castable increases the use amount of fine materials and reduces the use amount of coarse materials, so that the castable is smoother after being poured, the impact force in the use process is reduced, and the wear resistance and the adhesive force are improved;.
