Construction method of fabricated internally-inserted section steel underground diaphragm wall
The invention provides a construction method of a fabricated internally-inserted section steel underground diaphragm wall. The underground diaphragm wall is simple in structure and stable and reliable in performance, the special construction method performs implementing combined assembly on the innovative underground diaphragm wall, so that the construction time of the underground diaphragm wall is effectively shortened, the construction steps are simplified, and steel bar binding and secondary processing time and construction land are saved; and meanwhile, secondary use and recovery of related steel structure parts of the continuous wall are implemented, and the construction cost is greatly saved. The underground continuous wall is composed of concave connector continuous wall sections located at the two ends, T-shaped connector continuous wall sections and a plurality of sets of combined connector continuous wall sections, and the sets of combined connector continuous wall sections are continuously arranged and connected in the middle. Connecting construction of each set of continuous wall sections is implemented by using a positioning frame. Position calibration and perpendicularity control in the process of lowering each flange steel part in each set of continuous wall sections are implemented by adopting the positioning frame, and the positioning frame is dismantled after construction.
本发明所述的装配式内插型钢地下连续墙的施工方法,提供一种结构简单但性能稳定可靠的地下连续墙、以及针对所创新的地下连续墙实施组合装配的专门施工方法,以有效地缩短地下连续墙构筑时间、简化施工步骤,从而节省钢筋绑扎及二次加工时间和建设用地,同时实施连续墙相关钢结构部件的二次使用回收,极大地节约施工成本。地下连续墙由位于两端的凹型接头连续墙段、T型接头连续墙段、以及中间连续排列并连接的若干组组合接头连续墙段组成。使用定位架实施每组连续墙段的连接施工。采用定位架实施每组连续墙段下放各翼缘钢构件过程中的位置标定与垂直度控制,施工后拆除所述的定位架。
