The environment pollution caused by stacking of the decoration garbage is effectively solved, the activity index of the decoration garbage milled powder is improved, the water demand ratio of the decoration garbage milled powder is reduced, the process is simple, and harmless treatment and resource utilization of the decoration garbage are achieved.
