The mode that in the prior art, a motor speed reducer is adopted to directly drive walking wheels to rotate is changed, driving power drives a transmission gear to rotate through speed reduction of a first-stage speed reducer, the transmission gear is meshed with a rack, the rack is driven to rotate, and therefore a gate body is driven to move front and back. The situation that the walking wheels slip due to direct driving of the walking wheels is avoided, and the safety and reliability of the device during opening and closing are improved.
