The invention relates to a cast-in-situ bored pile post-grouting technology construction method. Slurry permeates into the soil around the loose pile end virtual tip, concrete with high strength is formed through combination, when the permeation capacity of the cement slurry is limited by a surrounding compact soil layer, the pressure is continuously increased, the soil layer at the pile end is extruded, compacted, filled, fixed and permeated, sediment at the bottom of the pile and a disturbed supporting layer at the end of the pile are effectively reinforced or compacted, the connection between the pile and soil is improved, the bearing capacity of soil around the pile is improved, and therefore the bearing capacity of a single pile and settlement and uneven settlement of a foundation are improved.
本发明涉及一种钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术施工方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:分段制作钢筋笼;制作压浆管;安装钢筋笼与压浆管;水泥浆拌制。本发明通过浆液渗透到疏松的桩端虚尖周围的土壤中,结合形成强度较高的混凝土,当水泥浆液渗透能力受到周围致密土层的限制,使压力不断升高,对桩端土层进行挤压、密实、充填、固集、渗透,将使桩底沉渣、桩端受到扰动的持力层得到有效的加固或压密,改善了桩、土之间的联系,提高了桩周围土体的承载力,从而提高了单桩承载力和基础的沉降、不均匀沉降。
