The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile construction method based on post-grouting design, which comprises the following steps: connecting a grouting pipe to a reinforcement cage, mounting a grouting valve at the end part of the grouting pipe, feeding the grouting pipe and the grouting valve into a hole by mounting the reinforcement cage, and filling broken stones at the bottom of the hole; after a reinforcement cage enters a hole and is installed, an orifice grating is placed at a pile hole, gravel filling flatness is effectively guaranteed through subarea gravel filling, and after pile foundation concrete pouring is completed for a certain period, grouting operation is conducted through a grouting pipe and a grouting valve. The outlet of the mud jacking valve is covered by filling the broken stones at the bottom of the hole, so that resistance caused by concrete hardening during mud jacking in a traditional method is avoided, and the problem that pile end post-mud jacking is difficult to break through pile foundation hardened concrete can be solved under the condition that the bearing capacity of a pile foundation is ensured.
