Novel pile foundation anti-scouring protection structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a novel pile foundation anti-scouring protection structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises geotechnical cloth, a riprap layer and mold bag concrete, wherein the geotechnical cloth is flatly laid on a riverbed or a seabed around a steel pipe pile foundation and used for reducing flowing of sediment and gravel on a bed surface around the pile foundation; the riprap layer is laid on an upper portion of the geotechnical cloth within the scour pit range around the pile foundation and fills and levels up a scour pit around the pile foundation; the mold bag concrete is located on upper portions of the geotechnical cloth and the riprap layer, concrete or cement mortar is poured into a mold bag through a high-pressure pump, and after the concrete or the cement mortar is solidified, a mold bag concrete overall structure with certain strength is formed. The structure is convenient to construct, good in application effect and high in adaptability, and can be widely applied to pile foundation protection of structures such as sea-crossing bridges, ocean platforms and offshore wind power. All the protective layers are tightly attached, integrity is good, and the anti-scouring capacity can be effectively improved.
本发明提供一种新型的桩基防冲刷防护结构及其施工方法,结构包括土工布、抛石层以及模袋混凝土,所述土工布,平铺于钢管桩桩基周围的河床或海床上,用以减少桩基周围床面泥沙和碎石的流动;所述抛石层,铺设于桩基周围冲刷坑范围内土工布的上部,填平桩基周围冲刷坑;所述模袋混凝土,位于土工布和抛石层上部,通过在模袋中高压泵灌入混凝土或水泥砂浆,当其固结后形成具有一定强度的模袋混凝土整体结构。本发明施工便捷、应用效果好,并且适应能力强,在跨海桥梁、海洋平台以及海上风电等结构物的桩基防护上都能获得广泛的应用。各防护层紧密贴合,整体性好,能有效的提高抗冲刷能力。
