Method for installing reinforcement cage in pile hole
The invention provides a method for installing a reinforcement cage in a pile hole. The method comprises the following steps of (1) erecting an in-hole processing platform, firstly fixing at least three framework main reinforcements according to the center of a pile radiated to the bottom of the hole, and erecting spiral reinforcements according to a designed interval by taking the main reinforcements as a framework; (2) after the first section of spiral reinforcing steel bar is installed, binding the remaining main reinforcing steel bars and constructional reinforcing steel bars; (3) a machining platform being heightened, skeleton main reinforcements being lengthened, spiral reinforcements being bound on the lengthened skeleton main reinforcements, remaining main reinforcements being lengthened, and constructional reinforcements being bound; and (4) the step (3) being repeated till construction of the whole reinforcement cage is completed. The method is advantaged in that simple machining platforms are built layer by layer from the bottom of the pile hole so that the reinforcement cage can be built conveniently, linearity of the reinforcement cage is easy to control, large hoisting equipment is not needed, and construction cost is reduced.
