The invention discloses a water draining and gas blocking structure of a natural gas cabin of a comprehensive pipe rack and the comprehensive pipe rack. The water draining and gas blocking structure comprises a water drainage channel located below a firewall. The drainage channel comprises a water inlet part located on the first side of the firewall, a water outlet part located on the second side of the firewall and a water storage part connected with the water inlet part and the water outlet part. The drainage channel communicates with drainage side ditches on the two sides of the firewall, and the highest liquid level of the water inlet part is higher than that of the water outlet part. The water outlet part is provided with a gas blocking structure, the gas blocking structure comprises a water tank and an air blocking piece; the cross section of the water tank is gradually reduced from top to bottom in the height direction; a plugging opening is formed in the lower end of the water tank; and the air blocking piece is arranged in the water tank, and when water stored in the drainage channel is lower than the blocking opening, the air blocking piece can be located in the blocking opening to block the drainage channel. The drainage problem of the comprehensive pipe gallery natural gas cabin can be solved, the number of water collecting pits can be reduced, and meanwhile the hidden danger of natural gas leakage of adjacent fireproof partitions is eradicated.
