The lightweight concrete roof exhaust passage prefabricated part is characterized by comprising a hollow brick, a cross brick and a vent pipe, the center of the cross brick is upwards provided with a vent pipe mounting groove, through holes are formed in the four directions of the cross brick, and the mounting groove communicates with the holes; and the hollow brick is a cuboid, a through hole is formed in the hollow brick in the length direction, windows are formed in brick bodies on the left side and the right side, no window is formed in brick bodies on the upper side and the lower side, and the windows communicate with the through hole. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: 1) the lightweight concrete roof exhaust passage prefabricated part is made of lightweight concrete and an injection-molded vent pipe, is cheap and easy to obtain, can ensure the exhaust function of the roof, has high compatibility with the roof material, can effectively operate for a long time, and reduces the construction cost; and 2) a continuous exhaust channel can be formed in the exhaust channel prefabricated part after the exhaust channel prefabricated part is installed, water vapor easily permeates into the exhaust channel and is discharged through the vent pipe, and the drainage efficiency is high.
本发明属于建筑工程屋面施工技术领域，具体涉及一种轻质混凝土屋面排气道预制件及其铺设方法，其特征在于，包括通心砖、十字砖和透气管，十字砖居中朝上设有透气管安装槽，十字砖的四个方向设有彼此贯通的孔洞，安装槽与孔洞相连通；所述通心砖为长方体，沿其长度方向设有贯通的通孔，左右两侧砖体上设有开窗，上下两侧砖体没有开窗，开窗与通孔相连通。与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：1）采用轻质混凝土和注塑透气管制作，价廉易得，可保证屋面的排气功能，预制件与屋面材质相容度高，可长期有效运行，降低施工成本。2）排气道预制件安装后可在其内部形成连续的排气通道，水汽很容易渗入排气通道中，由透气管排出，排水效率高。
