The invention discloses a lightweight concrete prefabricated wallboard and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, cement, fly ash, silicon carbide powder, dihydrate gypsum and water are uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed gel material; s2, uniformly mixing the mixed gel material, aluminum oxide hollow spheres and tetramethyl orthosilicate modified polyester fibers to obtain a base material; s3, adding polyacrylamide rosin ketone, methacrylic acid phosphoric acid and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid into the base material, and uniformly mixing to obtain concrete mortar; s4, the mortar is put into a wallboard forming mold, forming and demolding are conducted, and then a lightweight concrete wallboard blank is obtained; and S5, the lightweight concrete wallboard blank is subjected to conventional curing, and the lightweight concrete wallboard is obtained. According to the invention, the material source of the lightweight concrete prefabricated wallboard is newly increased, resource utilization of ceramic wastes including polishing wastes is realized, and the prepared product has the advantages of light weight and good mechanical properties.
