The product is non-toxic and harmless, the water absorption rate is reduced, the freezing resistance is improved (the freezing and thawing cycle is more than or equal to 100 times), the service life is prolonged (more than 100 years), and the use requirement in a low-temperature environment of-40 DEG C to 0 DEG C is particularly met; meanwhile, the working environment of industrial workers is improved, industrial waste is fully utilized, raw material consumption and energy consumption are reduced, and waste discharge is reduced.
