Environment-friendly building adhesive and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an environment-friendly building adhesive and a preparation method thereof, and the environment-friendly building adhesive comprises the following components by weight: 120-200parts of Portland cement; 200-380 parts of waste glass powder; 500-650 parts of river sand; 35-60 parts of redispersible latex powder; 3.5-5 parts of a water-retaining agent; 1-3 parts of a thickeningagent; wherein the particle size of the waste glass powder is 10-50 microns; and the redispersible latex powder is at least one of polyethylene vinyl acetate and butadiene styrene rubber. According to the environment-friendly building adhesive disclosed by the invention, waste glass powder is used as a raw material to replace part of Portland cement, so that on one hand, the dosage of the cementin the adhesive can be reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated; and on the other hand, the waste glass is recycled, cyclic utilization of the waste is achieved, resources are saved, and the environmental protection pressure brought by the waste glass can be relieved.
本发明提供一种环保的建筑胶粘剂及其制备方法,一种环保的建筑胶粘剂,含有以下重量份成分:硅酸盐水泥120~200份;废玻璃粉200~380份;河砂500~650份;可再分散乳胶粉35~60份;保水剂3.5~5份;增稠剂1~3份;废玻璃粉的粒径为10~50um;可再分散乳胶粉为聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯和丁苯橡胶中的至少一种。本发明的一种环保的建筑胶粘剂以废玻璃粉为原料来替代部分硅酸盐水泥,一方面可以减少水泥在胶粘剂中的用量,降低能耗,利于环境保护;另一方面,本发明将废玻璃再利用,实现废弃物的循环利用,节约资源,且有助于缓解废玻璃带来的环保压力。
