Tungsten tailing pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses tungsten tailing pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials; the pervious concrete comprises the following components by weight: 200-360 parts of cement, 200-600 parts of tungsten tailings, 600-1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 8-15 parts of a composite admixture, and 70-100 parts of water; and the composite additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 15 to 30 percent of deacetylated chitin, 10 to 20 percent of polydextrose, 10 to 30 percent of coco-glucoside, 1 to 2 percent of soluble starch, 5 to 10 percent of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and 20 to 50 percent of water. The pervious concrete has good porosity, water permeability and compressive strength, by using the tungsten tailings, on one hand, the water permeability and compressive strength of the pervious concrete can be improved, and on the other hand, by using a large amount of the tungsten tailings, comprehensive utilization of the tungsten tailings can be achieved; in addition, the composite admixture provided by the invention can avoid pore blockage of the pervious concrete and improve the porosity of the pervious concrete, so that the water permeability of the pervious concrete is improved.
本发明公开一种钨尾矿透水混凝土及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,所述透水混凝土包括以下重量份的各组分:水泥200~360份,钨尾矿200~600份,粗骨料600~1200份,复合外加剂8~15份,水70~100份;所述复合外加剂包括以下质量百分比的各组分:脱乙酰基甲壳素15~30%,聚葡萄糖10~20%,椰油基葡糖苷10~30%,可溶性淀粉1~2%,磷酸二氢铵5~10%,水20~50%。所述透水混凝土具有良好的孔隙率、透水性能和抗压强度,通过使用钨尾矿,一方面可以提高透水混凝土的透水性能和抗压强度,另一方面大量使用钨尾矿,可以实现钨尾矿的综合利用;本发明的复合外加剂可以避免透水混凝土的孔隙堵塞,提升透水混凝土的孔隙率,进而提高透水混凝土的透水性能。
