The concrete comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 55%-64% of iron tailing waste rock, 3%-6% of iron tailing sand, 20%-29% of cement, 1.5%-2.5% of silica fume, 5%-10% of fly ash, 5.5%-8.5% of water, 0.025%-0.030% of polypropylene fiber and 0.2%-1.0% of an additive. According to the method, the iron tailing waste rock and the iron tailing sand are used for replacing natural aggregate, so that the durability of the pervious concrete is improved while the high pervious rate and the high strength of the pervious concrete are ensured.
