The invention relates to a SiO2 aerogel insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of SiO2 sol, (2) preparation of a composite material, (3) aging of the composite material, (4) modification of the composite material, and (5) drying of the composite material. Compared with a traditional organic foam thermal insulation material, the SiO2 aerogel thermal insulation board prepared by the method is low in thermal conductivity and high in strength, can be used at the room temperature to 600 DEG C, and solves the problems that a traditional organic thermal insulation material is poor in fire resistance rating and poor in oxidation resistance.
本发明涉及一种SiO2气凝胶保温板及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)SiO2溶胶的制备、(2)复合材料的制备、(3)复合材料的老化、(4)复合材料的改性、(5)复合材料的干燥。相比较于传统的有机泡沫保温材料,本发明制备得到的一种SiO2气凝胶保温板低热导高强度,能在室温至600℃使用,解决了传统有机隔热保温材料耐火等级差、抗氧化性差的问题。
