The invention discloses a method for reducing the soil squeezing effect of a precast pile. The method comprises the following steps that S1, stress release holes are formed in the inner side of a foundation pit fender post; S2, a plurality of sand piles are arranged on the outer side of the foundation pit fender post; S3, PVC pipes wrapped with filter screens are inserted into the sand piles, the PVC pipes in the multiple sand piles are connected through a pipeline, and a water pump is additionally arranged on the pipeline; and S4, a water pump continuously pumps seeping water in the PVC pipe. The invention provides the method capable of effectively reducing the soil squeezing effect of the precast pile.
