The invention belongs to the field of road maintenance, and provides a lateral-piling soil-squeezing grouting method for repairing settling roadbeds, and a precast pile in accordance with the problem that local grouting leak is easy to occur in road repair in the prior art. The lateral-piling soil-squeezing grouting method comprises the following steps: making piles: precasting steel pipe piles or reinforced concrete piles with a grouting channel and holes; laterally tamping the precast piles: laterally tamping the precast piles in a roadbed under a settling road surface; grouting through pressure: grouting solid concrete in the precast piles by utilizing hydraulic pressure or air pressure. Each precast pile comprises a hollow pile body, wherein through holes communicated with the hollow structure in the pile body are formed in the pile body; the front end of the pile body is shaped like a cone. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the soil squeezing effect of horizontal lateral tamping and the grouting reinforcement are effectively combined; the roadbed fillers are squeezed compactly through the lateral tamping close to horizontal tamping, so that the roadbed is squeezed high in the vertical direction, and the settlement deformation is resolved; the pressure grouting channel and the holes are reserved in the precast piles, so that the grouting reinforcement is more convenient and effective.
