The invention discloses a tool for preventing a high pile cap tower crane foundation stand column pile and a latticed column from deviating. The tool comprises a pile position positioning frame formed by welding two steel bars which are horizontally arranged in parallel at the top, two steel bars which are horizontally arranged in parallel at the bottom, two steel bars which are vertically arranged in parallel at the left side and two steel bars which are vertically arranged in parallel at the right side, square positioning piles used for installing stand column piles are formed at the four corners of the pile position positioning frame correspondingly, limiting steel bars are welded to the four corners of the bottom of each square positioning pile correspondingly, and four steel members used for positioning latticed columns are installed at the four corners in each square positioning pile in the vertical direction correspondingly, the four steel members form a latticed column sinking track, the bottom of the latticed column sinking track is welded to a track fixing frame at the top of the corresponding stand column pile, and the top of each square positioning pile is connected with a square-shaped positioning steel plate matched with the square positioning pile in shape in a clamped mode, and each square positioning steel plate clamps the upper part of the corresponding lattice column sinking track in the square positioning steel plate.
