Lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab which is characterized by comprising a fine aggregate concrete bottom plate, alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth, a ribbed expansion net, lower chord longitudinal steel bars in a formed steel bar truss structure, upper chord longitudinal steel bars and web member wave-shaped steel bars with bent feet. The lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab is light in weight which is about 1/4 of the weight of a laminated slab; the lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab has large longitudinal rigidity, and the large-span support-free effect of 2 meters or more can be achieved in the construction period; and the bottom of the fine aggregate concrete bottom plate can be directly subjected to puttying decoration. According to the lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab, the fine aggregate concrete bottom plate is used for replacing a traditional wood formwork, the size of the bottom formwork is customized, loss, waste and solid waste emission are avoided, and the green and environment-friendly concept is met. According to the lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab, a fine aggregate concrete cast-in-place mode is adopted, formed steel bars and ribbed expansion nets are poured into a whole, one-time forming is achieved, the labor cost of later-period secondary assembly is saved, and the lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab is more economical and reasonable. According to the lightweight assembly type prefabricated floor slab, the rigidity, the strength, the toughness and the anti-cracking effect of the fine aggregate concrete bottom plate are enhanced through the ribbed expansion net, the fine aggregate concrete bottom plate and the forming steel bars on the upper portion can be welded into a whole, and the ribbed expansion net plays a double role in connecting a previous part and a next part.
