A low forest grazing foot stool comprises a forest land, a depression, a low forest, a bench , upper foot stools, frog holes, drainage pipes, a fence and a fence door, the low forest is cultivated in the depression, the low forest is composed of drought-enduring evergreen broad-leaved trees, the bench is erected around the low forest, an upper foot stool is erected above the bench , and the drainage pipes and the fence door are connected with an intelligent circuit. Domestic sewage can be automatically discharged to irrigate a low forest in aperiod of drought , the fence door is automatically opened in the daytime, goats climb to the bench through the steps to stand up and then can eat dense leaves above the upper foot stool, the fence door is automatically closed at night, frogs prey on flying mosquitoes and moths through the grazing foot stool, the goats are protected from being bitten and hurt by poisonous mosquitoes, and the goats are protected from being damaged by poisonous mosquitoes. The lower forest grazing foot stool can be applied to updating and reconstruction of old and disabled forests and barren mountains, under the dilemma of warm climate, frequent drought and withered pasture, the waterlogging-resistant and drought-resistant high-yield low forest can enlarge the goat breeding scale, and can absorb and digest greenhouse gas, optimize the ecological environment and prosperize the rural tourism industry.
