Process for upgrading coal gangue machine-made sand
The invention discloses a process for upgrading coal gangue machine-made sand. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, firstly, making sand by adopting a dry grinding process, and decarburizing, so that the original carbon content in sand particles is reduced by more than 50%; step 2, washing and decarburizing the coal gangue machine-made sand prepared by a dry method, and dehydrating by adopting a washing and dehydrating screen after decarburizing and washing; and step 3, carrying out slurry wrapping treatment by utilizing dehydrated wet machine-made sand without dripping, and directly producing high-end concrete and products. The specific process for producing high-end concrete products after upgrading of the coal gangue machine-made sand is as follows: the carbon content of the coal gangue machine-made sand can be reduced to below 1%, surface mechanical damage and cracks of the coal gangue machine-made sand are repaired, micro-pores after decarburizing are filled, the content of stone flour lost due to elutriation of the machine-made sand is supplemented, and the quality of machine-made sand and even concrete is obviously improved. The vibration stirring can also help the mixture particles to enter and fill micro-pores after decarburizing of the coal gangue machine-made sand.
