Preparation process of ceramic spherical foundry sand with coal gangue as raw material
The invention relates to the technical field of foundry sand, in particular to the field of IPC C04B35, and more particularly relates to a preparation process of ceramic spherical foundry sand with coal gangue as a raw material. Comprising the following steps: step 1, proportioning coal gangue and auxiliary minerals to obtain a first mixture; 2, mixing the first mixture with water, and grinding into powder to obtain a powdery first mixture; step 3, sequentially carrying out pugging, honeycomb green body forming, drying, setting and high-temperature sintering on the powdery first mixture to obtain a second mixture; step 4, crushing and grading the second mixture to obtain ceramic powder; and 5, spheroidizing the ceramic powder in a high-temperature spheroidizing furnace through a high-temperature melt-blowing process, and feeding the spheroidized ceramic powder into a particle cooling and collecting system. The method has the advantages of comprehensive utilization of solid waste, energy conservation, emission reduction, low manufacturing cost and the like, and can be used for casting high-end castings.
